Duties & Taxes

For destinations where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.

We continually review our international shipping options and may offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services to additional destinations over time.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after our daily dispatch cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During product launches, promotional periods, and holiday seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your parcel has left our fulfilment centre.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@secondhelping.co.uk as soon as possible.

We'll work closely with our shipping partners to investigate and assist wherever we can.

Multiple Shipments

Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products on a pre-order basis.

Where applicable, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
