Second Helping Monthly Review Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Second Helping Limited (“Second Helping”).
  2. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Second Helping and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. To enter, customers must submit a genuine review of a product purchased from Second Helping during the relevant monthly giveaway period. All honest reviews are eligible, whether positive or negative.
  4. Each eligible review counts as one entry into the monthly prize draw. Customers who include a photo of their Second Helping product with their review will receive one additional entry.
  5. No additional purchase is necessary beyond the original purchase associated with the review.
  6. Each monthly giveaway runs from 00:00 on the first day of the calendar month until 23:59 on the final day of that month. Reviews received after the closing date will be entered into the following month’s draw, where eligible.
  7. One winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries received during that month’s giveaway period.
  8. The winner will receive a Second Helping product of their choice up to the value of £52. The prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  9. The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their order/review within 7 days of the draw closing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Second Helping reserves the right to select another winner at random.
  10. By submitting a review, entrants acknowledge that their review has been submitted in connection with an incentivised prize draw. Reviews may be displayed on Second Helping’s website in accordance with our review and privacy policies.
  11. Personal information will only be used to administer the giveaway and in accordance with Second Helping’s Privacy Policy.
  12. Second Helping reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, false, misleading or otherwise do not comply with these terms.
  13. Second Helping reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, provided doing so does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
  14. The giveaway and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
