As each sleeve is finished by hand, minor surface marks and variations in the lacquer are natural characteristics of the process and contribute to the unique finish of each piece.

While designed to be enjoyed for years to come, the lacquer finish may be damaged by impact. Avoid dropping or handling roughly, and treat it with the same care as any treasured decorative object.

Keep matches out of reach of children. When lighting, always strike matches away from yourself and use only the matchbox’s designated striking surface. Avoid striking against the sleeve itself.

We aim to ship all orders made before 1pm GMT the same day; any orders made after this will be shipped the next working day.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50 and ship to most countries worldwide, with shipping costs and delivery times calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are also calculated at checkout.
